Exchanges & Returns

All products purchased from  can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase only if

  • The item(s) is not the same as you had ordered

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications i.e. size, color, and design, etc.

In case of the defective or damaged items, you will be required to provide us with visual evidence by sending us photos at Claims will only be processed if they are made within 14 days of purchase.

The subject of the email must contain order number and it should be clear from the subject that email is for return/exchange. Example subject is Return claim || Order Number 00001

There are certain scenarios in which we cannot support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

  • The claim is made after 14 days of purchase.

  • Item has tampered.

  • Item is damaged because of use.

  • Anything is missing from the package including labels, original packing, freebies,  accessories, and price tags,.
